Collaborating through the Welsh Language: Assessors and Employers

This recording includes a lively panel discussion which focuses on the role of assessors when working with employers and apprentices to highlight the value of the Welsh language as a key skill in the workplace.

Highlights of the Webinar:

- The official launch of the ‘Pecyn Prentis’ (Apprentice Pack for employers) resource, with contributors from the resource sharing their direct experiences.

- Discussion between assessors and employers on how the resource can support their day-to-day work.

- Good practices on how to convince apprentices and employers of the benefits of using the Welsh language in the workplace.

- An open conversation on how to increase the Welsh language confidence of assessors, sharing challenges, successes, and inspiring examples.
