The purpose of this online self-study course is to give assessors the resources and information to work confidently bilingually with their learners. The course considers some of the benefits and challenges of working bilingually before setting out to give information, resources and motivation that will enable assessors to develop provision and work confidently through the medium of Welsh. The course is bilingual, and is aimed at raising the confidence of assessors as they provide their training through the medium of Welsh.

Celf a Dylunio ar y Map - 2022 (Art and Design on the MAP)
MAP - Myfyrwyr, Arloesi, Perfformio (Students, Innovation, Performance) A virtual festival for Welsh-medium Art and Design students. The aim of the 'Celf ar y Map’ is to offer a unique opportunity for Welsh-medium Art and Design students to come together in one place to share and discuss their work and to benefit from the experience of artists and others who work in the industry. The festival was held online again this year, with three sessions during the months of February and May. myf.cymru Website
myf.cymru is a Welsh language mental health and wellbeing project for students, which has created a website of the same name. The resources have been created in partnership with Bangor University, Aberystwyth University , University of Wales Trinity Saint David and Grŵp Llandrillo Menai. On the site, you will find original content from Welsh speaking students and also mental health resources that have been reviewed by Welsh speaking therapists. TMyf.cymru has worked in partnership with the MOIMR program to translate their app into Welsh. Full of useful and practical resources to support you on your recovery and will help anyone navigate the challenges of daily life. There is also a podcast called 'Sgwrs?' which covers issues that affect students today.
Cynhadledd Antur - Adventure Conference
Adventure Conference (Held on18/02/2022) The one-day "Adventure" conference aims to close the gap between industry and students with the focus on outdoor sports content. Held at Yr Egin in Carmarthen, student can join in person and online. Three amazing guest speakers want to share their vast experiences and inspire the students. The three speakers will be: Lowri Morgan - broadcaster, adventurer and author, BAFTA-winning and internationally renowned Rhodri ap Dyfrig - Online Content Commissioner for S4C, the national Welsh language broadcaster, with editorial and strategic responsibility for Hansh Llion Iwan - Llion is Welsh indie Cwmni Da’s Managing Director. He spent a decade at the BBC, producing and directing documentary films for BBC1, 2, 4 and as a freelance director.

One day conference: 'Peace and Health'
On March 31st, 2022, Academi Heddwch will be hosting a one-day (on-line) conference on the theme of Peace and Health. In partnership with the Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol and Aberystwyth University, the call for papers for this event has attracted contributions that explore peace and health through a variety of lenses. Cynllun Colegau Cymru
A collection of resources suitible for lecturers and trainees to facilitate the teaching and learning of Welsh second language across the primary education sector. The range of language mats can be used as a basis for lectures, as a practical guide to using every day language, and as an aid to ensure accuracy when preparing worksheets, murals and writing modelling. Cynllun Colegau Cymru no longer exists. It was replaced by the Language Competency Framework for Education Practitioners in 2018. This is the Framework that will has been adopted to measure the language skills of all trainees on Initial Teacher Education courses. The language tasks and activities in the material below are still relevant, but the specific references to the levels and steps of the Cynllun Colegau Cymru are not.
Journalism across the world 2023
